Abstract

Victor Lee and Jerry Pipes have written a book on God's planned intention for a family. The book holds out for Great Commission with the systematic course of setting up families. However, Lee and Pipes give a persuasive argument in the way of maintaining and establishing a healthy God fated family, which is motorized to be on the mission to the "Kingdom of God." The book does not involve a quick fixture for dysfunctional and abnormal families (Pipes and Lee 1997). The book is not only divided into brief six chapters but also highlight the supportive evidence of the review of an unhealthy and abnormal family (Pipes and Lee 1997, p. 1-4). The facts and figures for unhealthy families are given by visualization of news and media representation of the downfall of American households. The author emphasizes on the ‘T' visual aid chart compared to the healthy families with unhealthy families that were described with the involvement in "activity driven merry-go-around....stretched, stressed and lost touch with one another"; the healthy families as described by the author were on duty for God. The healthy families are the first disciplers and teachers to their children as under the ordained right that identified healthy families that hold close to God (Pipes and Lee 1997). However, the author proposes that the readers of the book to study their families and evaluate the time they give to their family to discover their assurance to each other and to characterize that the purpose served is cored to God or the family itself (Williams et al. 2012). Lee and Pipes not only classified and bestowed the seven realities of experiencing the presence of God as a tool for evaluation but also identified the family's spiritual existence of incarnational nature. The main driving force of the book is how to develop a family that is God-centred and surpasses from generation to generation on the truncheon of evangelism.

Concrete Response

The response of the book to me was based on the thought that what might happen with my children. However, we studied the family together. As far as the congregation is concerned, The Gerald's even had an "exemplary" family. Our family lived by the "start children off on the way they should go and even when they are old will not turn from it" as the scripture provided by Proverb (22:6) (Robert 2014).

Therefore, wherever we went and drove to we saw the awesomeness and the wonders that the God created. As summoned, God was omnipresent in or home and even on the doorposts. Nevertheless, Joyce was the one who initiated the process even when looked back on my family with the missional quests. However, my partner did not belong to the spiritual leader background and did not belong to the discipline ship pursuits for the good Lord (Pipes and Lee 1997).

However, we looked after the fatherless and widows who were present in the church, and we brought them in to help them with their point of needs. Hence, we never elaborated them on Jesus as our savior because if the Lord were, I would not have lost my children.

Hence, the children were the life of my house that went to college, and both ultimately gave their lives to God. Hence, Allison did not find her mate even at age thirty-three but that cannot be blamed on anyone as her relationship with God was Great Commissioned, as she did not get married to the first person in her life that was nice to her being a non-Christian. Allison experienced a spiritual disconnect between the church's actions and the Word of God as a result, not only family but even her sister paced distance from her (Silva 2013). The only thing that I disliked about the book is the reclamation of the family for the Great Commission. However, as a person, I can live my life worshipping God as well as adoring my children.

Reflection

As I read the book along, the only demotivating and critical factor was for the Christian mothers who were divorced and the children walked away with them. But as the fact states, there are many Christian women who are all over the country and present in almost all churches all over the world which are ignored by their families as well as their children. My personal experience played a role when I spoke to a Christian woman sitting in the church on a Sunday morning when asked about her family and children; she answered that her husband left her for the word of the pastor of the church, which depicted that her divorce from her husband was a Biblical one. The main factor brings to concern is that despite being problems in a dysfunctional and abnormal family how can a family be a Great Commissioned worshiper (Falkof 2015).

This book examined several reference points in witness and book of worship over and above evangelism. However, when addressing the circles of worship and evangelism, this world have been an appropriate place to interject the realities of families with the single parent. Nevertheless, the book does not define the growing number of divorced members about church members in the world. In addition, how the single parent contributes to Jesus in comparison to an intact family (Firth 2013). Hence, once the individual contributes to the recovery stories and conversions, it not only erases the possible question but the contribution of sharing with Jesus. The testimony recovered becomes a powerful tool that explains the love of God and the values recognized by the people while saving the grace of our Saviour and Lord.

Action Steps

Action Taken 1

Around May 2015, EAMT has already begun writing critiques that will deal with the desires of the different kinds of family.

The result of not starting pasturing counseling is because this is an area that needs to be confronted with the body of Christ. Many families in the world are going through a divorce and do not wish to talk about. However, many existing families experience sorrow and because of intense grief, the level of depression seeps in creating emotional distress.

The articles will help grieved families to worship the Great Commissioned by reading that proffer "You Are Not Alone." However, this will guide the people by saying that God is still there to take care of them and values human being that receives salvation (Whitney 2016).

Action Taken 2

EAMT might create a resource page that combines with families of single parent on children on Mission for Christ.

The team allocated with the search on the internet by interpreting through different books, articles, and sermons with a prescribed action taken that are in line to support the documents. However, the families are at its misery when they are not provided with systematic guidance that encourages them to be on the mission of Christ (Irons and Mock 2015).

Action Taken 3

EAMT might create a resource page that focuses on children and divorced parents. The resource page will consist of families recovering from divorce under the Ministry of the congregation and the training provided to them by Mission for Christ.

Subsequently, the conversion by Ann Warren highlighted that many people avoid going to church because of ill-treatment received. However, it is the service of EAMT to be generous to people despite their marital status (Comaroff 2013). Nevertheless, online evangelism will not only help in participation but will also provide obedience towards God and help in presence at a local congregation. On one occasion, the individuals will help them to embrace what they are, provide them with the materials and sustain the mission of Christ. Hence, due to being spiritually fed, the seven realities will be experienced by them and will facilitate the "out of the house, into the world concept of the Family to Family: Leaving a Lasting Legacy book" (Gaspard and Clifford 2016).
